For more than 25 years, the Atlanta Young Singers of Callanwolde has been nurturing the incredible artistic talents of children in the Atlanta area. Based at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, The Young Singers provide excellent co-educational choral and musical training for children grades 2 through 12. The Atlanta Young Singers of Callanwolde offers a challenging learning environment that builds self-esteem, confidence, teamwork and leadership.

The Callanwolde Concert Band is an independent community concert band of adult musicians who decided not to give up music after graduating from school. Formed in 1972 at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, the band has operated as an independent non-profit organization since 1984. The alliance with Callanwolde continues in the form of concerts at the center and mutual support for a strong performing arts presence in the community.

Atlanta's premier string quartet, LYRA has held residencies at Clayton College and State University and the Gould Room Series at the Cathedral of St. Philip, and is currently resident string quartet at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. Since its inception, the hallmark of the quartet has been a series of concerts offered at various venues, in an informal style, with a "play and talk" format designed to engage and encourage audience participation. LYRA performs a regular season of concerts at Callanwolde in the mansion's Great Hall.

The Capitol City Opera was formed in 1983 to provide Atlanta-area clasically-trained singers the opportunity to learn and perform complete opera roles and to continue developing their post-graduate vocal and acting skills on a professional level. Since its inception, the company has flourished as the only opera company in the Southeast that primarily helps local singers establish their careers. Capitol City Opera has created many recurring programs that benefit all ages and demographics and has toured extensively throughout the Southeast and in Italy.

Tango Rio is dedicated to promoting authentic Argentine Tango as a social dance and art form. Based in Atlanta, Tango Rio teaches and performs throughout the Southeast promoting events that honor dance, diversity and the Latin culture. Besides hosting Callanwolde's regular Friday Night Tango lessons and dance parties, Tango Rio currently offers classes at the Decatur School of Ballet and at Georgia Tech.

Founded in Atlanta in 1979, the Georgia Poetry Society has grown from a small group of poetry enthusiasts to encompass a membership of more than 300 today. The Society's goal is to promote the appreciation of poetry as an art form by promoting regular area poetry readings, offering poetry contests, establishing an annual anthology and newsletter and by giving major emphasis to emerging talent. The monthly Poetry at Callanwolde series is promoted and attended by members of the society and is featured on their website.

The Southern Order of Storytellers is a regional group of storytellers and story listeners based in Atlanta with a commitment to promoting the timeless values and universal bond of the oral art of story. The group shares stories, teaches the art of storytelling, produces story events, and provides information, resources, and support to its members and the extended community. Members of the order assist in producing Callanwolde's monthly Emerging Voices Storytelling events.
