You may register in person at the Callanwolde Programs/Registrations Office Monday-Friday from 9:00AM until 5:00PM. The office is located on the second floor of the Callanwolde mansion. Callanwolde accepts personal checks and VISA or MasterCard credit card payments in person.
By Mail:
Registrations sent by mail will be processed on the first day of registration. Send the completed registration form with check or credit card payment (VISA or MasterCard only) to:

Please note that checks should be made payable to Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. No post-dated checks will be accepted. Callanwolde will charge $15.00 for each returned check. Registrations cannot be accepted by fax or e-mail.

Registration may be made over the phone by calling our Programs/Registration Office at (404) 872-5338. The office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00AM until 5:00PM.
Student Age Requirements
All classes are for students 18 years and older unless the listing describes them as for children or teens. Some children's classes require a birth certificate for age verification along with registration. See course description for details.

Cancellations
Callanwolde Fine Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds are issued for cancelled classes. We make every effort to notify students of postponements and cancellations at least 24 hours before the first scheduled class. Dates and times are subject to change as necessary. Callanwolde may elect to postpone a class in order to accept additional registrations to meet minimum enrollment requirements.
Refund Policy
To withdraw from a class students must notify the Registration office by phone, mail or in person. E-mails are not acceptable notification for withdrawal. Students must notify the the Registration office at least 2 business days before the first class meeting in order to receive a refund less a $20.00 withdrawal fee per class. No refunds or transfers will be made after that time. Contracts are already signed with instructors who are paid according to the number of students registered.
Absentee Policy
Callanwolde is not responsible for classes missed due to student absence. Please discuss unavoidable absences with the instructor.
Confirmation
Due to postage costs, students DO NOT receive registration confirmation by U.S. mail. Online registrations receive e-mail confirmations once registrations have been processed. Otherwise, unless you are otherwise notified by phone of cancellations or changes, classes will start on the days, dates and times listed in the course catalog.
Mailing Lists
Students are automatically placed on the mailing list. If you wish to receive e-mails about events at Callanwolde through our monthly e-newsletter, please provide your e-mail address on the registration form.
Membership Information
Membership has its priveleges at Callanwolde. Friends of Callanwolde membership benefits include a special discounted member's price for classes, class catalogs and other mailings, as well as a 10% discount on Callanwolde Art and Gift Shop purchases and invitations and discounts on other arts and cultural events at Callanwolde.
To become a Callanwolde member and receive immediate discount on your class fee, fill out the membership information on the registration form. When you enclose payment for your membership, you may pay the lower member's price for your class. Enclose both your membership and class payment in order to receive the discount.
New memberships are valid for one year and apply only to classes for which you are currently registering and to those for which you will register within the coming year. Memberships are not retro-active.
Publicity Waiver
Callanwolde frequently takes photos of classes or events for publicity purposes. If you prefer not to have your picture or your child's picture taken during such an event, please tell the photographer or notify the Publicity Office in advance.
