Learn to Dance the Argentine Tango at Callanwolde! Join instructors from Tango-Rio at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center for one of these exciting evenings! The Argentine Tango is a beautiful dance that is characteristic of delicate footwork and intricate twists and turns. Come and learn from well-established instructors Manuel and Ronda Patino, Gabriela Lopez, as well as others from their company. Hang around after the lesson and enjoy a Tango Dance Party! Open to dancers of all skill levels, this is your opportunity to show off your new Tango moves! Upcoming Friday Night Tango Sessions: 2008 Dates: Ferbruary 15 - Valentine Tango! March 28 May 30 July 25 September 26 October 31 - COSTUME TANGO! Intro Dance Lessons begin at 8:00 PM Dance Party begins at 9:15 PM! $15 for Lesson and Party /$10 for Party Only No dance partner is necessary and no previous dance experience is required. Tickets will be sold at the door.   Gabriela Lopez assists the instructor while others observe and learn.  Beginners have some Tango fun on the dance floor! |
